- 3 Click on ‘ELECTRICITY’
- 4 Select your electricity board from the drop-down menu
- 5 Enter your ‘CUSTOMER ID’ and click on ‘FETCH YOUR BILL’

In that case first check your bank statement if the money has been reversed back into your account. If not click on ‘RAISE DISPUTE’ under the transaction history of the app. It takes 7 business days to get the money reversed back to your account.
