How to Stop Promotional Calls?
As a leading organisation, we want our customers to know about the diversity of financial products offered by Bajaj Finserv. Therefore, we always keep customer relationships a priority and strive hard to comprehend their financial requirements and offer utmost satisfaction with our services and products.
In order to facilitate the new and existing customers with exclusive offers available on a wide range of loans, investment and insurance products, the calls are made by the various business teams, channel partners and representatives on behalf of Bajaj Finserv only after customers provide their consent to be contacted.
Many of us get tired and disturbed by uninvited calls and messages and choose to block them permanently. At Bajaj Finance Limited, We follow a standard procedure of handling customer requests to block these promotional calls and try our best not to make any calls after receiving a request to block such calls from customers.
