If the resolution provided by our customer service team does not meet your expectation, you can approach our grievance redressal officer Mr. Manish Bhargav at grievanceredressalteam@bajajfinserv.in or can call on 022-41803901 (call charges apply) on all working days from Monday to Friday between 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. If your issue/ escalation remains unresolved or if you have not received response within 30 days of lodging an issue/ escalation, you can click here to approach the Ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India.
