You can update your mobile number registered in our records by visiting a Bajaj Finserv branch near your present location. Our representative at the branch will help you update your number.

I have paid my Insta EMI Card fee. But I am yet to receive my physical card. What shall I do?

The Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card is a 100% digital card. We do not issue a physical copy of the card. You can access your Insta EMI Card online by visiting our customer portal – My Account and following these simple steps:

  • Click on the ‘Access my Insta EMI Card’ text below to visit our customer portal.
  • Enter your registered mobile number and date of birth. Submit the OTP to sign-in.
  • Select your Insta EMI Card from the ‘My Relations’ section.

You can view your card details, active status, available limit and other important information with ease.

Why I have been charged annual maintenance charges on my Flexi Loan?

Our two Flexi loan variants - Flexi Term and Flexi Hybrid – come with several benefits such as flexible tenures, unlimited withdrawals, and easy part-prepayments. The annual maintenance charge is a nominal fee charged on your loan to extend these benefits to you.

How can I download my personal loan statement of account?

You can download your personal loan statement of account by visiting our customer portal - My Account and following these simple steps:

  • Click on the ‘Download your loan statement’ text below to go to our customer portal.
  • Enter your registered mobile number and date of birth, then submit the OTP.
  • Select the loan account number for which you wish to download the statement.
  • Click on ‘Statement of Account’ to download it.

How can I unblock my Insta EMI Card?

If your Insta EMI Card is blocked due to our internal policy such as a low CIBIL Score or due to overdue EMIs, you cannot unblock it online. It will be unblocked once you meet our eligibility criteria.

If you have voluntarily blocked your Insta EMI Card and want to use it again, you can follow these steps to unblock it:

  • Click on the ‘Unblock your Insta EMI Card’ option below to go to our customer portal.
  • Enter the registered mobile number and date of birth and submit the OTP to sign-in.
  • Select your Insta EMI Card from the ‘My Relations’ section.
  • Click on ‘Unblock Card’ from the ‘Quick Actions’ section.
  • Verify your details with the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

I have a Bajaj Finance Fixed Deposit. How can I apply for a TDS waiver?

You can apply for a TDS waiver by submitting Form 15 G/ H by following these simple steps:

  • Click on the ‘Apply for a TDS waiver’ option below to visit My Account.
  • Enter your registered mobile number and date of birth and submit the OTP.
  • Select your FD from the ‘My Relations’ section.
  • Click on ‘Submit Form 15 G/ H’ from the ‘Quick Actions’ section.
  • Verify your details with the OTP and proceed with the submission of Form 15 G/H.

Apply for a TDS waiver

I am a corporate customer. How can I sign-in to My Account?

Corporate customers can use their mobile number or email ID, and their date of incorporation to sign in. You will be asked to submit an OTP to sign-in to our customer portal.

I am facing multiple customer ID issues and am unable to sign-in to My Account. What shall I do?

Once you enter your basic details and submit an OTP to sign-in, you will receive a message on your screen displaying all your customer IDs. Please select the ID of your preference and proceed to sign-in.
