Activate your Health EMI Network Card
Activating your Health EMI Network Card is an end-to-end digital process. You can activate it by registering your mandate online. Once your mandate is registered, you can use your card at any of our partner hospitals and wellness centres.
However, every time you make a transaction using your Health EMI Network Card, a new loan account is created. You can access all your loan accounts in one place by visiting our customer portal – My Account.

A step-by-step guide to activating your Health EMI Network Card
You can follow these simple steps for Health EMI Network Card activation.
- Visit our customer portal by clicking on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page.
- Enter your registered mobile number, and date of birth, and submit the OTP to sign-in.
- Select the card you want to activate from the ‘My Relations’ section.
- Click on ‘Register Now’ and proceed to complete your mandate registration.
Alternatively, you can register your mandate by clicking on the ‘Activate your Health EMI Network Card’ option below. You will be asked to sign-in to our customer portal. Once signed-in, you can select the Health EMI Network Card and register the mandate to activate it. -
