You can also download other related documents such as the application letter, sanction letter and more.

  A step-by-step guide to downloading your gold loan account statement

  • Visit My Account by clicking on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page.
  • Sign-in with your registered mobile number and the OTP.
  • Enter your date of birth for verification and proceed.
  • Select the loan account from the ‘Document Centre’ section.
  • Click on ‘Statement of Account’ to download it.

  
  Alternatively, you can click on the ‘Download your statement of account’ option to go to My Account. Once signed-in, you can select your loan account from the ‘Document Centre’ section and proceed.
