Claim your insurance policy
Claiming your policy means raising a request to claim coverage or compensation against your insurance policy. If you have opted for any of the insurance products offered by Bajaj Finance and its partners, you can raise a claim request by visiting our customer portal – My Account.

Raise a request to claim your insurance policy
- Go to our customer portal by clicking the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page.
- Sign-in with your registered mobile number, date of birth, and OTP.
- Select your insurance policy from the ‘My Relations’ section.
- Click on the ‘Claim Policy’ option from the ‘Quick Actions’ section.
- Select ‘Claim processing’ as your Query Type and ‘Claim Intimation’ as your sub-query type.
- Enter the additional information, upload supporting documents and submit.
Alternatively, you can click on the ‘Claim your insurance policy’ option below to visit our customer portal – My Account. Once signed-in, select your insurance policy from ‘My Relations’ and click on ‘Claim Policy’ within ‘Quick Actions’ and proceed to raise a request.Once you submit your request, our representative will reach out to you within 48 business hours to guide you on further steps.
