Renew your insurance in My Account

If you have an insurance policy and are looking to renew it, you can visit our customer portal – My Account to raise a renewal request. With this feature, you can ensure that you continue to receive the benefits of the policy you have opted for.

  Raise a request to renew your insurance policy

  • Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page to visit our customer portal.
  • Enter your registered mobile number and date of birth and submit the OTP to sign-in.
  • Select ‘Insurance’ and choose ‘Renewal of insurance policy’ as ‘Query Type’ and relevant ‘Sub-query Type’.
  • Enter the additional details, upload the supporting document and submit your request.

  
  Alternatively, you can click on the ‘Renew your insurance policy’ option to visit My Account. Once you are signed-in, select your product and relevant ‘Query Type and Sub-query Type’ and submit the request.

  Once you submit the request, our representative will get in touch with you within 48 business hours to guide you on further steps.
