How to apply for a credit card

Step-by-step guide to applying for a credit card

  1. Read through the features, benefits, and applicable fees and charges of the credit card and click on ‘APPLY NOW’.
  2. Fill in the application form with your personal details, occupation, designation, and your address.
  3. You will receive card approval from our partner bank (RBL or DBS) along with the credit limit.
  4. Proceed to sign the e-agreement or e-declaration form.
  5. After this, an RBL or DBS bank executive will contact you to help complete your KYC.
  6. After successful KYC completion, your digital card will be created instantly and your physical card will be delivered within a few working days.
Note: The online process may differ depending on whether you are a new customer or have an existing relationship with us.
